I recently made purchase online and received item, but it was missing parts so contacted seller to send the part. Seller did not have it and he could not send me the part. Lost contact with seller and I had to open dispute hoping seller will respond there. He did not respond and case closed in my favor and I received full refund. I was never told by paypal to send item back to seller. Now seller is contacting me to send item back to him. What is proper way to handle this? Do I just keep the item or should I ask seller to send me the return lable and send it back to him? Do I have to contact paypal for further instruction?
