Dispute opened more than 10 days ago, no reply from seller.

Hello,

 

So I opened a claim on July 12th and I received an email from paypal stating that they needed more information from the seller, in the email they stated that the seller had 10 days to reply. Well, more than 10 days have passed, I was told that the case will be automatically closed  in my favor if the seller didn't replied, and he didn't, yet I haven't heard anything from paypal... The claim says that is under review since July 18th... And the status hasn't been updated.
