Dispute opened by myself (item not received) - refund requested is showing $0.00

Hi team,

I opened a dispute due to not receiving an order. Looking at the case it in the resolution center it says "Refund requested:$0.00". When I was creating the case I put a $ amount against each item that I have not received, which added up to the sum total of the overall order.

 

This is the first dispute I have opened - is it normal for it to show "Refund requested:$0.00 NZD" ?
