I opened a dispute against dance age network as I purchased boots described as leather, they clearly were not when they arrived. Opened a dispute with PayPal and have been asked to return them to China, at my own expense which is £15. I am not willing to pay that amount as it won't be refunded. What are my options now? I can't relay this information to PayPal resolution centre as it's only asking me to upload tracking information?
