Hello there! I really need your help. I already filed for a dispute but I put out the wrong reason and got denied, since I'm just a new user of paypal I was confused. Now, I can't file for another one, what should I do?
It was a product I purchased from a website, when I clicked the track my order button, it said my order was cancelled, but it already said here the payment transaction was completed, and that my order was received. I tried contacting the seller through email and I didn't get any reply. I also tried contacting my bank, since the purchase was made through my credit card, but they said I have to get in contact with Paypal first. I tried to but it was just all so complicated. I would really appreciate anyone who could tell me what to do next. Thank you so much!
