I bought a hoodie from depop and its been 8weeks and I never got it. I asked the seller to refund me but he stopped answering so I made a dispute in paypal. I opened the dispute in 15th December and Paypal just keeps saying that they are getting the info but nothing happens. Do I just have to wait or is there something I can do? It says ”estimated case resolution” 27th of January
