Dispute not being worked on.

i made a claim back in the beginning of august and escalated it on the 17th of august. it said that if the seller did not respond to me or them and i did not receive my product within 2 weeks then i would get my money back. September 1st was the date said to give me my money back but it was then extended to the 14th for no reason shown to me then again to the 26th with it constantly saying it should only take 5 days for the issue to be resolved. i understand that covid-19 may have slowed a lot of things down but this type of thing is online and i am very disappointed in pay pal for this constant push off of my escalated claim.
