I opened dispute April 23rd. It has said waiting response from seller for weeks... The resolution date Has changed 4 times now. It was May 28th and Today I look it’s June 7th I sent a message but still no response from PayPal either... I understand the virus is making things take longer so I’ve been very understanding that the normal process as outlined in FAQ is different I also understand the $59.99 isn’t a lot of money but I sent that back in April and it’s now June. I need for groceries and PayPal isn’t helping.... Does anyone have advice?
It’s gotten even more messed up. PayPal closed my chat in the message center that was 20 hours active. My dispute went backwards from April 23rd and it’s back under review (first step) resolution June 18th Yet when go to case details it’s waiting for seller and resolution date of May 28th Started new chat, but I’m at a loss now..
