Ok so i cam currently disputing a payment i made in which the goods have never been sent,
it has been over 10 days now and the case still says waiting for sellers response, he hasn't responded and isnt going to!
When will i be getting the money back??
I escalated and disputed at the earliest possible times too like i had to wait for the dispute to become avalibale etc.

Paypal give the seller a full 10 days to respond / provide tracking that shows delivery, if they do not then paypal will review / refund you within 48 hours of that deadline.
It has been a full 10 days, it says "Seller has until 8th June to respond" i disputed early in the morning time as the email i have from paypal that says i escalated was sent 10 days ago.
Correct so what did you not understand about my answer?
