Dispute issue

Hey Guys 

so I recently bought two pairs of shoes from the same buyer on the app depop. I received only one pair of shoes and when I opened a dispute, PayPal denied me simply because the shipper sent a tracking number. The seller also blocked me and won't answer my emails. I don't know what to do. Help?

To win an item not received dispute all a seller has to do is provide trackable proof of delivery....which they did.

 

You should have opened a dispute for 'recieved but not as described' ie you received 1 instead of 2, then if the seller did not refund paypal would have told you to send back what you did receive (trackable to prove delivery) before you got a full refund.

 

You would have had to send back what you received because paypal does not deal in part returns or part refunds so if you could not sort it with the seller in the dispute phase then that is the only option.
