I ordered a hammock back in August. When item was not arriving in a timely manner I contacted seller and was given a tracking number. Three weeks later it was still not delivered, so I check tracking number and register for alerts. A few days later I am alerted the item arrived. I go outside, nothing. I check mail, nothing. I call USPS and am told the item was delivered to a different address and seems to be a completely different item. Now PayPal is telling me company has proof item was delivered to my address. Funny, but company will not respond to my inquiries. I trust USPS documentation over some Chinese company. Had I known the item was coming from Wuhan (rather than the United States commercial false advertising), I wouldn't have ordered. PayPal will be losing this customer over $52.98. Where does their customer protection come in? I am so very disappointed.
