Dispute-how can I talk to a human OR at the least be able to update information for a claim

Maybe I'm missing it but it seems you can't add any text after a claim has reached a certain point?  I have more info to add but simply can't.  No email replies, nothing I can see in the resolution center, the chat is a bot that never brings up a person nor can I find a place to actually call and talk to someone.  But at the very least i'd just like to add info - what am I missing?

You add everything during the dispute stage, once escalated you can only add anything if paypal requests it and sends you an upload.

So check here.........

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
