Dispute help

So somebody paid me £200 for a digital account on the 10/10/20. It went smooth and whatever and then today on the 11/11/20 I have received an email saying that I need to respond to a claim within the next 2 days. The claim was from the buyer of the account. He has stated that he never received his items however I have proof that he logged onto the account and even bought something on the account several weeks after the purchase. However, my dilemma is that I closed my PayPal account and I cannot go onto the resolution center in order to fix this. Can somebody please advise me on What to do here as this is very important for me.
