Dispute help

I ordered some coins on Aug 3rd 2020. The coins were supposed to be 1 oz of .999 pure silver. By the middle of Oct I had not recieved the coins and the seller was not communicating with me about shipping so I filed a dispute with pay pal that I had not recieved the items. After a few weeks the dispute was closed in favor of the seller. Unsure exactly why because I still had no received the items. On 11/10/2020 I did finally receive the items. On 11/11/20 I took the items to a coin shop to have them checked out. At that time I was told that not only were the coins fake and worthless but they were also counterfeit u.s. currency and were a felony to possess. I've tried to open a new dispute with pay pal but am unable to open a second dispute on the same transaction. What should I do next? Thank you

You are only allowed 1 dispute per transaction so the only way you can get a second dispute opened is to contact Paypal (when and if you can) and see if they will open a second dispute for you.
They may decline citing policies but if you say what happened then they might open a second dispute for you.

If not then if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then consider contacting your card issuer and see if they will help you with a chargeback?
