Dispute got rejected because i forgot to put in the documents

hi,

 

so opened a dispute for a product. I ordered marroon sandals size 37 and got blue sandals size 38. i tried to contact the seller but they didnt respond on mail, nor by phone. When googling i figured that the site was a scam and that they have a fake help desk. I opened a dispute on paypal but i did not attach the receipt and the product pictures. I wanted to file a dispute again but i cant since i already made one. I then contacted paypal  with the explaination and all the required documents, but its only an automated response that responds me with steps to open a dispute which is ridiculous since i clearly stated that i cant. I would like a human to review my claim because i got scammed 50 euros...
