Hi, I've had a request from a buyer for a refund for a product I've sold and he's threatening me with a dispute. I took my item to a professional who told me the issue with the product, which I clearly stated to the buyer and he was okay with that and still bought it. Now a month later he wants a refund as he says I gave him the wrong information and there is a different issue to the one I said. My question is, how likely do you think it is that I would win this dispute before I agree to it as I have proof that he's been told what the issue was before he bought the item, which I was told by a professional.
