Dispute filed

I am the buyer. I filed a dispute against seller. I haven’t received my order. My PayPal account shows message from seller(1). I can’t seem to access message or PayPal thinks I’m the seller. I need help please

Seems to be a common issue and think its a glitch and there is no message.

I kept reading these complaints and then had reason to open a dispute myself.

The instant that I did so there was a 'message from the seller' a few hours later that I couldn't open.

Contacted seller directly and he had not sent a message and we resolved things.

24 hours later in the dispute the message from the seller 'disappeared'
