I purchased an item which I received damaged, no reponse from seller, dispute filed and item returned via international tracking. It was delivered on 05 May but I have still not received the refund. Paypal had placed a date of 8 May on the case for resolution but have extended it now until the 15th for some reason. I have no item and no money - the seller has both and I cannt comment further on the dispute so how do I move this forward? Thank you.
