So I filed multiple disputes against somebody who I paid $109 for an item through a website that said it was Wayfair. I never received the item but shipping information was provided after I filed a dispute the first dispute, that says it was delivered and my mail carrier did not have a delivery for me. in the resolution Center my dispute continually disappears I don't have a case that was opened or closed and now it won't let me file a dispute I've tried to reach somebody for the last seven months at PayPal and can't get ahold of anybody I need help
