Hi, I am trying to respond to a dispute that a buyer made against me, the seller. The buyer claimed an unauthorized transaction but I have to proof to show that this is a scam and I have shipped the items. PayPal resolution center won’t let me upload a response and I keep getting an error when I click submit response. PayPal is holding my money and if I don’t respond by Oct. 6th the scammer will get his money and back and run away with my product! Please help. I have tried everything. PayPal customer service number or help center leads to nothing!
