Dispute didn’t work

I opened a dispute on an item I didn’t receive from a depop seller, it cost me £80 and now the 30 days have passed and I haven’t received a refund. What happened? What should I do?

Whats 30 days got to do with it?

Did you open a dispute for non receipt of item? If not which one did you open?

When you opened the  dispute you had up to 20 days to escalate to a claim.

Did you escalate it to a claim.
