I files a dispute and its denied by PayPal. I bought 3 items online and haven't received them. Contact the seller several times but no response. So I contacted FedEx and they told me the shipping label has different name and address and FedEx delivered them to the address on the label which is not my address. I filed a dispute but PayPal denied it because of that shipment tracking label shows it was delivered. Don't know what to do. Please help me
