Dispute denied

I purchased a dog house from this website and didnt hear from them for a week. I opened a dispute with paypal saying that i hadnt received any shipping information and that i couldnt get i contact with the seller. Paypal got on contact with them amd they finall sent the shipping information. 2 weeks later what i paid for wasnt what i received. Instead of my dog house, it was a pair of sunglasses. The day after, paypal says that they are closing the case because my item was received. For the past 3 days I have been trying to get in contact with someone at paypal so that i can upload emails and photos of everything. Nobody's responding to me, and i cant open up another dispute for this charge. Is there any one that can help me?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Ive tried facebook and Twitter because they are the most convenient for me. I cant sit around on the phone because i work 12 hours a day

I have the EXACT issue where they sent tracking info, my dispute was denied, but they sent "stickers" in stead of my item. I can't contact customer service because of the pandemic. What other options do I have?

Which dispute did you open?

If you opened non receipt of item then they would win if they had a tracking number.

You should have opened a dispute for item received but not as described OR changed the dispute FROM one of not received TO one of not as described if you had already opened one for non receipt and then it turned up.

So since they sent the wrong item and I started my dispute because the tracking number did not work but then received a pair of socks instead of the sewing machine I ordered I have no recourse. The seller does not respond to my emails and PayPal has denied my case. I paid 99.00 for a pair of socks. Is there not anything that I can do now to get a refund?

Same thing happened to me. I could not find an option to change my dispute from item to received to wrong item/fraudulent item. My case was denied. I’m out over $200 for a fake worthless prodect!!
