Dispute denied for “no tracking info” that I gave

I had a dispute denied because I “didn’t provide tracking information”, but I did and also messaged with a paypal representative who used that tracking info and PayPal issued a partial payment for the shipping costs, so they obviously have the needed tracking information. There’s no way to appeal?!

To file an appeal, please contact our chat support team by clicking " send us a message " on the warning message you see when you go to the paypal website. Our chat support will be able to help you with filing a dispute.
