Dispute closing but not sure if tickets are authentic

Hi hope someone can help.

I have a dispute open with a seller of some sporting event tickets I purchased. The original dispute was item not received raised with PayPal. Item now received late but suspicious over authenticity. The dispute is due to close before I go to the sporting event and paypal is saying that a dispute can not be re-opened. However I won't know until I have gone if these tickets are ok or not. So should I let dispute close or is there a way to raise another one before the closure date or can I reopen if I have a problem. Look forward to some needed guidance.

Hi S_GREEN,

Thank you for your post and welcome to our Community Help Forum!

If you have doubts regarding the authenticity of the tickets, you may modify the reason code of your case form "item not received" to "item as not described". You may do so from your 'Resolution Centre' or you may contact us by clicking 'Help & Contact' at the bottom of the PayPal homepage. You may reach out to us on Facebook or Twitter.

I hope this helps.

Cristina
