I was promised a refund for items not sent by an online retailer in June 2020, paypal closed the dispute without waiting and checking refund has been completed. I have tried to reach the retailer past weeks but they are not responding. I als tried callign and messaging paypal (no response to messages since yesterday 2pm) I am now unable to open a new case on this paypal transaction as it is saying it does not fall under paypal buyer protection(transaction was complete in Feb 2020 due to pandemic there were massive delays to get the items shipped and any response/action from paypal and retailer). I have now lost over 100 pounds on goods that were not shipped and paypal not being able to help anymore due to transaction date dating back to Feb. What should I do?
