Dispute closed on my side, but still open on other side?

I have this issue where I dispute closed on my side but it is still open on the other sellers side, is there anything I can do to fix this?

Unlikely the dispute is open on their side, more likely that their payment is still on hold because they have had a dispute, this is not your problem and is between them and paypal.
