I have bought an item back in December and paid through Paypal with some credit (just £11,89) and the majority with Amex credit card (£ 422,10).
The item never arrived from china and the seller never replied my emails. So in January I opened a dispute through Amex to have credit back for the money. This credit has been given to me back however not the money spent though Paypal. My understanding is that Paypal was notified by Amex but PP couldn't proceed further with investigation because I didn't open the dispute with them directly. So I though to open a dispute with PP too but it said "case closed" and doesn't let me do that. What can I do? The seller never reply the emails.
