I placed an order for 3 items on August 13. Couldn't reach seller. Paypal investigated it, then I received 2 of the 3 items, but Paypal closed the dispute. I need my 3rd item or $29.99.
I booked a Didi last weekend. Driver didn't turn up and cancelled and I was charged $53 + a cancellation fee. PayPal said it was an authorised payment as I had an agreement with them, but if I didn't take trip how is it authorised? Didi are thick as, haven't been able to get refund yet from either source. Fuming.
