My dispute was closed because PayPal said the shipper showed shipping information. The items received was literally falling apart as shown in the photo.
Does PayPal even read the disputes? All the information was in there, including the vendor trying to contact me offline. I included the photo of the item falling apart, and they also did not ship 2 of the 3 things I paid for.
