Dispute closed after I returned the item and refund was not mentioned

Hi all, My dispute for claim after I returned the plush which was so badly creased on the tag and was not described on the description.

Paypal closed the dispute not in my favour and not telling me the result, which there is no refund at all.

I did submit the dispute on the same week after I received the item

No, I used my personal credit card

I open a dispute using item not described and badly damaged

I know you OPENED a dispute, i asked if you ESCALATED it to a claim within 20 days of opening the dispute???
