Dispute close date and I cant ship parcel

Hi all,

I had Covid-19 and I'm OK but need to stay in self isolation by 14th Nov. I see case will be closed in 15th Nov. Can paypal give me few days to ship parcel back?

You would need to reach out to customer services to ask them BUT personally i would ask someone else to return it for me.

You can leave the item somewhere safe for them to collect?
