In December I ordered an item, which I still haven't received. After repeated attempts to work this out with the company who repeatedly made excuses, I filed a claim through Paypal. I finally received my answer from Paypal today. They have denied my claim because the company gave them a tracking number saying it was delivered. I have NOT received the item. Is there anything I can do at this point? Am I just out this money? I've never had to file a claim before -after using Paypal for several years. Thanks.

Hi @LM812 Sorrybto hear that you have not received the item you ordered. Do you have any details of the tracking number that the seller provided? I suggest you may communicate with the shipping courier and get any documentation if the tracking number provided to you was on your address. Once you have any documentation we can appeal the claim on the transaction. Thank you.
