Please help. My mother made payment of $82.75 USD to Pinksia online store and later learned that they are fake and that they send just mines, but she already closed her account. Can she send dispute even with a closed account? What she should do?

She would need to contact customer services in your own country and ask them to open a claim for her.
Advice is voluntary.

Do not order from Pinksia! DO NOT ORDER!! Fraud! Horrible horrible product and response rate. I ordered 6 items and they did not send me one of the items, even though they charged me for it. The items they did send me were not as pictures AT ALL! When I tried emailing them they were not response to my emails. I have had to call eBay multiple times and it has been over a month to try and get my money back.
