I had been reported to dispute payment of my account been transfer.
As my account need 48 hours approval with click the confirm receipt, so the scammer unable to Transfer my money to other!!!
I had been reported this and Paypal told me that I am unable get back the Payment ..
This is so called Paypal Security services ??
