Dispute at resolution center cannot be responded

I have a dispute opened at the resolution center and the seller replied. I need to respond on that dispute but the website always said there are something wrong on their side and let me try again. I have tried for a week. The message sent to Paypal also got ignore.

 

So what should I do next, it's about a day to the due date.
