I was denied my request for a refund on a disputed transaction. I twice paid cash on two seperate occassions a week apart when I had originally paid with card. I needed to get the funds back on the card and was told it would happen once i paid in cash. The business told me to just keep the receipt from when I paid with card because even though I paid in cash when they go to print it off of pc it would still say the original way of payment. So one date i asked them to at least write on paper and so they did. That dispute hasn't been denied but the one without the paper written receipt was denied. The thing is is that the business refuses to give me my reciepts for when I paid in cash or any at all. So that just means I'm out 50 dollars?
