I had made a payment for digital goods for a university assignment. They did not deliver the assignment on time and I had made a dispute. The seller told me the payment had already passed on to the write(third party) and there's no point I raise a dispute and threatened me that the writer will report me to my university for breaching academic integrity. any advice? thanks
