Dispute and Account Limitation

I've recently made this account to make a purchase on 'Depop.com'. I was in contact with the seller and they told me to cancel the order as they didn't have access to their PayPal account? So obviously if they didn't have access they couldn't refund themselves. I made a dispute against this payment to see if PayPal could help me out but I've just logged into my account now and it is showing that no purchase was ever made to this seller. The dispute is no longer existent and that my account has been limited. The £120 that I paid for the clothing has been taken out of my bank account and now I'm worrying because I may not get it back and seem to have been scammed.
