Hi folks,
I've had an ongoing dispute with a seller and Paypal have been helping out, but nothing appears in my account through the resolution centre because the item was purchased with AMEX through my Paypal account. I can't access messages or send document updates to Paypal as there's nothing in the disputes section to link up to. I've just received an email from Paypal requesting that I return the item now, and that they will refund me..... and to send them proof, but I can't send any proof as I cannot reply to the email as they only accept it through the resolution centre....
What do I do?
Thanks in advance.
