Dispute advise needed

Hi,

 

A week ago i made a payment for customize item. (offline deal)

The seller show me the final made product after few days and the logo design (error printing) turned out to be different from what i want.

I request for modify or repair for the item but the seller keep saying they cannot do it due to many technical reasons.

After a few emails,  their suggestion is 1) redo the whole things and ask me to pay again, or 2) they sell me this already made item at cheaper price.

 

I have the invoice with the right logo image when i do the payment. 

Can i request a dispute for case like this?

All you can do is open a dispute and see if paypal will find in your favour, if they don't then if you funded that paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will help you.
