Hi, I think I know this answer to this and I think I have been stupid but here goes. I purchased a product via a person on instagram, initially thinking it was a company, (I was purchasing a replica item and it was listed as such). When I made payment for the item it came up on my paypal as a totally different person and I didn't think to much of it. Anyway 2 weeks later and 4 missed "promised" delivery dates I find myself out of pocket and without product. Up until now the seller has responded to all enquiries but I have lost faith as you might expect. Is there any way I can get the payment back?
