I purchased goods from a website that uses PayPal to process payments. While paying I didn't log in to Paypal but instead used my credit card info. I was supposed to receive a download link but it has been 2 days since the purchase and I haven't yet received anything more than the Paypal receipt. I messaged them about the problem and got no reply so I want to make a dispute but I can't find how to do so. The resolution center requires an invoice number while in the email I got there is a Receipt No. The receipt is sent from the same address as any other PayPal email so it must be legitimate.
