Disputed a charge was applied by PayPal to my credit card yet PayPal turned it over to a collection agency. Yet I was just told account problem. PayPal needs to resolve this by contacting the Collection Agency. I was told by PayPal representative NOT TO send the company the emails verifying the account not delinquent. How do I handle this? Get the Credit Card Company involved? File a grievance how? And with all parties?
