Dispute, a misunderstanding

On Dicember 2020, i received a transfer from another paypal account and after that Paypal send me an e mail saying that my account has been limited because holder of the credit card who sent me money, made a claim. And now there are 2 disputes on my account. And my balance is negative. However, it was a misunderstanding by the sender. The sender has already contacted his bank and cancelled the claim. But I still have this dispute , i can see from the account. How can i solve this problem??
