Paypal wrongfully denied a disputed charge. They simply asked the seller for a tracking number and then denied my claim just because the seller provided a tracking number. I took the tracking number to the post office and was easily able to tell this was all a fake. The tracking number for the item delivered was for something small (7ounces) and it was delivered to a different address. I ordered a slide, a slide obviously weighs more than 7 ounces. If PayPal would have done just a little research they would have been able to understand the legitimacy of my claim. I can not find a way to provide feedback or a way to reopen my claim. What do I do now? My credit card company is providing a refund, but I want PayPal to know about this disaster of customer service.
