I placed an order on April 9th. I had to email the seller twice for tracking info and my order was send 20 days later. When I received it it was missing 2 items, included several items that were not the version I ordered, had one item that was totally not the one I ordered and two of the items quite working after one use. I emailed the seller concerning these problems several times and never received a response. I filed a dispute but it was denied simply because the seller provided tracking info for a package. That makes no sense. I'm not saying a package never arrived. I'm saying it was late, missing items and incorrect. I even provided copies of all correspondence and pics of items recieved. How do I get PayPal to reopen the dispute and actually address these mistakes??
