I opened a claim and it has been found in the sellers benefit. I paid for goods on the 14th November and on the 15th the seller put tracking info on it. However looking at Royal Mail the tracking info was for a parcel delivered 4 days before I even made a payment for goods and to the other end of the country. I still have not obviously received these goods and PayPal have denied my claim. What can I do? Can I dispute this. As I feel PayPal have not even bothered looking into the Royal Mail tracking. And just seen that there was a tracking number and found in favour of the seller. Thank you
