Hi community members- I filed a dispute for receiving an item completely different than what was described. The seller emailed me directly instead of replying to PayPal’s resolution center. They asked me to drop the dispute, and they are only offering half refund. That is unacceptable. What I received in the mail is unacceptable also. So what do I do? Do I tell them to respond directly through PayPal? Or do I do nothing, as it seems they don’t want to resolve this through PayPal at all? This seems very sketchy to me. Thank you for your help
