Dispute...To close or not to close that is the question...

I had an issue with a seller on AliExpress who was suppose to resend defective items then came back trying to change their offer etc so I opened multiple disputes on all the defective orders. They now want to follow through with resolving the issue but claim they can not generate new tracking etc until I close dispute...but once I close the dispute I can not reopen it in PayPal to my understanding...any suggestions on how to handle this...I’m afraid I’ll close disputes and they won’t follow through with resending the items

NEVER close a dispute until you have a cleared refund or your item, also make sure you escalate it to a claim before it times out 20 days post opening it.

If you close it the seller can ignore you.
